Job Title: Inventory Associate – Early Morning Retail Audit Team

Starting Pay: $19.00 / hour (Paid Weekly)

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | Early Morning Start (6:00 AM) | Weekends Off

Location: Tampa, FL (Serving 33615 & Surrounding Regional Area)

Looking for an active, hands-on role where your afternoon is actually yours? Join our local field team as an Inventory Associate. We handle physical stock counts and audit reporting for major retail and convenience partners across the Tampa region.

No prior inventory experience? No problem. We provide 100% paid, hands-on training starting Day 1.

What You’ll Do:

• Count & Scan: Use 10-key handheld scanners to accurately count retail merchandise on sales floors, backroom storage, and cooler spaces.
• Team Operations: Travel daily with your regional team to scheduled retail sites across the local territory.
• Store Collaboration: Work alongside store managers to confirm accurate counts before wrapping up the daily audit.
• Stay Active: Move, bend, reach, and lift up to 25 lbs in fast-paced retail environments.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, active personal auto insurance, and a dependable personal vehicle.
• Early Risers: Comfort starting on-site at 6:00 AM daily.
• Screening: Ability to pass standard background and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) reviews.
• Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and ability to work on your feet for the full shift.

Perks & Compensation:

• Starting Rate: $19.00 / hr
• Paid Travel: All route travel time and mileage between client sites is fully paid.
