Travel Percentage: NoneWe are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Inventory Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining accurate inventory levels and ensuring the efficient organization of materials in our warehouse. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Refill bins with sellable inventory prior to order picking to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
- Perform regular and accurate cycle counts to support inventory accuracy.
- Carry out proactive inventory counts and audits to monitor material levels in the warehouse.
- Investigate and resolve inventory variances, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
- Make system-based inventory adjustments as necessary, following established procedures.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks and support overall efficiency in daily operations.
- Utilize warehouse management systems and software tools to track and update inventory data.

QualificationsEducation and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching
- Able to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
- Prior experience in a warehouse or inventory-related role preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in computer systems, including inventory management software and Microsoft Excel.
Expected Hours: Monday - Friday from 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay Rate: $18/hour
