Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight to warehouse and logistics team members.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle count programs, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Partner with Operations and Materials Planning to ensure timely and accurate materials transactions.
  • Own and drive the success of material shipping and delivery schedules, ensuring on time performance.
  • Oversee inbound materials and outbound finished goods to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
  • Manage and track reverse logistics processes, including returns and repairs.
  • Support Field Service Engineering by expediting material shipments and optimizing inventory availability to reduce transit times.
  • Work closely with Cadence contracted manufacturers to ensure shipping as planned and shipping documents accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience performing annual physical inventory and working with auditors for physical inventory audit.
  • Knowledgeable with Inco-Terms, AES, and processing export/import shipping documents.
  • Working knowledge of PC and expert on Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
  • Experience with ERP systems; SAP knowledge preferred.

The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
