Job Description

The Inventory and Data Entry Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of inventory and material control systems. This position involves a variety of administrative and hands-on tasks, including the recording, review, and filing of all documents related to shipping and receiving, as well as performing regular inventory audits and cycle counts. The associate must work closely with various internal teams to ensure all material movements are accurately tracked and processed.

  • Records and reviews all documents involved in the movement of material.
  • Confirms the accuracy of all documentation and inventories within purchasing and inventory control.
  • Processes and files all necessary paperwork related to shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Collaborates with other departments to ensure the accuracy and traceability of all received and delivered materials.
  • Performs data entry into financial and non-inventory management systems.
  • Reviews and distributes necessary documents to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Executes and coordinates inventory and cycle counts.
  • Monitors inventory replenishment processes and adjusts stock levels as needed.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Forklift certification is required.
  • Knowledge of standard material control and data entry procedures and practices.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and self-motivation skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority, if required.
