About the Job

This position will be responsible for all inventory accounting functions at all of our third-party warehouses, contract manufacturers and our internal warehouse. You will work closely with our supply chain team to ensure accurate inventory management

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of receipts for finished goods, components, and raw materials.
  • Support inventory control by reviewing, validating, and documenting inventory adjustments.
  • Manage and monitor inventory transactions across all third-party logistics (3PL) partners.
  • Reconcile inventory transactions and balances with contract manufacturers.
  • Coordinate with contract manufacturers, co packers, and 3PL partners to resolve inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
  • Actively lead investigations of inventory discrepancies and understand root cause
  • Manage cycle count programs ensuring compliance with Inventory Controls
  • Support physical inventory activities, partnering with CMOs to help streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC teams to release items in Oracle NetSuite.

About You:

  • A minimum of four years’ experience as an inventory analyst.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing and finished good environments, including handling batch and lot-controlled inventory.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes, systems, and operational requirements.
  • Ability to support and participate in physical inventory and cycle counting activities.
  • Strong attention to detail when managing inventory records and transactions.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with operations, quality, and supply chain teams
  • Proficient in MS Excel.
  • Oracle NetSuite experience a plus (or similar ERP experience).
