General information

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven mdemand Management professional / customer logistics / Supply professional to spearhead system development and supply chain initiatives. Warehouse manager is a key role in supply chain and manufacturing operations. Their main responsibility is to ensure that materials required for production or distribution are available at the right time, in the right quantity, and at the right cost

Your Key Responsibilities

• Managing Inventory _ Ensuring Inventory accurancy and complaince with stock control systems
• Operational efficiency: implementin and maintaining efficient warehsoue processess
• Team Leadership - Safety, training , team building & motivating warehsoue operatives
• Safety & Complaince : Ensuring complaince with health and safety regulation
• Cost control : managing budgets and expenses to optimize operations (Logistics cost redcution every year)
• To lead the operations team (Warehouse and Distribution).
• To ensure that all documentation is filed as per operational and company requirements.
• To ensure that all company equipment is handled and driven in a responsible manner at all times
• To assess workloads within the allocated team and allocate resources adequately on a day-to-day basis
• To assist establish KPIs and ensure that the customers’ KPIs are met continuously as well as efficiently and cost-effectively
• To observe all company quality requirements at all times
• To ensure that expenses are kept to a minimum at all times.
• To complete all month-end financial processes within agreed deadlines.
• To actively promote, lead, coach and develop team members using the resources of the company HR framework.
• On time delivery performance of customer (Demand v/s actual)
• Development of packaging and logistics flow for internal & External.
• maintain build relationship with customer and vendor.
• Close co-ordination with Asia Pacific and genrmany team on SCM topics
• Achive Logistics quality PPM rating and working with team for closure for any complaint.
• Align with qulaity & prepare and submit 8D report to customer (for logsitcs / WH / SCM related complaint)
• Collaborating with procurement, production, and logistics teams.
• Monthly Report tracking and Presentation to managemenrt (inventory & Delivery performance & Sales)

• ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
• Analytical skills
• Communication & negotiation
• Problem-solving & adaptability
• reporting and implementing recommended actions. Therefore, this position will bring the essential
• competencies in analytics, alongside core digital and content expertise. including Power BI
• Experience in digital marketing, SEO, SEM
• Problem solving approach.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to forecast, plan.

Your Qualifications

• 10-12 years of experience
• BE / Graduate (any); Additional certification (Specialization)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Good understanding of supply chain operation,
• Ability to work on Analytics tools including Power BI
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and material management programs
• Creative bend of mind, able to work in teams, and considers collaboration as a strength
