Responsibilities

This person will need to perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.

• Operates according to company’s safety and quality policies and in compliance to customer’s service standard
• To meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)
• Communicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to inventory
• Send daily inventory reports to the team
• conducts Performance dialog reviews with the team
• Maintain and filing of documentation

Requirements

• College level
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role and similar industry
• Experience in 3PL is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience in SAP and WMS is an advantage
• Willing to work on shifting schedule and work during weekends when needed
• Willing to be assigned in Northpoint 2, Bustos, Bulacan
