This role will play a critical part in ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support our customers and patients. The Supply Chain Inventory Analyst will leverage data-driven insights to optimize inventory levels, improve product availability, reduce supply chain risks, and support operational excellence across the organization. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role will drive inventory performance, enhance service levels, and contribute to delivering life-changing healthcare solutions to the communities we serve.
The successful candidate will analyze inventory and supply chain data, identify trends and risks, proactively manage stock availability, and develop strategies that balance customer service requirements with inventory investment. Through continuous improvement initiatives and effective stakeholder engagement, this role will help ensure a resilient and efficient supply chain that supports our mission of improving patient outcomes. There will be 2 Headcounts available for this position.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Monitor inventory levels across distribution centers and Consignment locations.
  • Analyze stock availability, excess inventory, and slow-moving items.
  • Identify potential stockouts and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage inventory parameters such as: Par Levels, Safety stock, Reorder points, Lead times and Min/max levels
  • Analyze historical sales trends and demand patterns to support forecasting activities.
  • Collaborate with demand planners, sales teams, and procurement teams to understand future demand requirements.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support inventory optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure inventory counts are conducted and reconcile results with inventory records.
  • Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., Repair and maintenance goods, fixed assets, finished goods).

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Baccalaureate degree, preferably in Supply Chain or Logistics
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Inventory management, Supply chain planning, Demand planning.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel
  • Analytical Skills (Inventory forecasting, Demand analysis, Safety stock calculations, Root cause analysis of stockouts and overstock situations, Data interpretation and trend analysis, KPI reporting)
  • ERP systems knowledge: SAP, MMX, Blue Yonder
  • Strong attention to detail

  • Presentation and reporting skills
