Now, we’re looking for an Inventory Analyst to join our team, with responsibility for developing insights, reporting, and process improvements that enhance inventory accuracy and operational efficiency. This role will play a key part in supporting decision-making and driving continuous improvement within the Inventory and Driver Check-In (DCI) functions, always keeping the customer at the heart of everything we do.
Key Accountabilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Developing and maintaining KPIs and dashboards to monitor:
-Generating regular and ad-hoc reports to support departmental decision-making
-Providing insights into team performance and operational trends
-Delivering training to the wider team to ensure:
-Collaborating with other departments to:
-Leading and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
-Acting as a key contact for performance reviews and cross-functional discussions
-Driving improvements within the DCI team to enhance understanding of cus-tomer issues
-Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to streamline inventory-related processes
-Participating in ad hoc projects as required
-Other duties as assigned by the Senior Inventory Management Team
