We are searching for the best talent for an Inventory Analyst role to be in Limerick, Ireland.
In this role, you’ll sit at the intersection of data, planning, and operations, helping ensure inventory is optimised to meet customer demand while balancing cost, risk, and sustainability.

As an Inventory Analyst, you will:
Monitor and analyse inventory levels, performance metrics, and risks across EMEA
Deliver regular and ad‑hoc inventory analysis to support operational and planning decisions
Maintain and optimise inventory parameters, including safety stock and entitlement settings
Support demand alignment by working with Planning and Supply teams to improve forecast accuracy
Support end‑to‑end inventory processes related to kit configuration and 3PL services
Contribute to SLOB reduction, waste management, and sustainability KPIs
Manage and maintain inventory data within ERP and WMS systems (SAP preferred)
Monitor inbound and outbound inventory flows and support 3PL performance management
Provide inventory inputs into S&OP / IBP processes and support risk mitigation activities
Collaborate cross‑functionally to drive continuous improvement and process optimization
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related discipline
Experience in inventory management, supply chain analysis, or planning
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data interpretation capability
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred) and inventory / warehouse systems
Understanding of inventory optimisation principles and continuous improvement methods
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders
APICS / CPIM certification desirable but not essential
Willingness to travel up to 10% if required
The anticipated base pay range for this position is €52,400 to €82,915.
In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (9% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well-being reimbursement, and programs for financial, physical and mental health.
