We're looking for an INVENTORY ACCOUNTING CLERK to join our Friendship Family!

Our ideal candidate will be comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy office environment.

What You'll Do:

• Verify payoff information for trade-in vehicles and process payments.
• Use templates to post wholesale and dealer trade vehicle transactions.
• Stock new and used vehicles into inventory.
• Collect and maintain vehicle inventory documents.
• Process title reassignments and duplicate title requests.
• Assist Title Clerks and Office Managers.
• Complete administrative tasks as needed.

Qualification Checklist:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365
• High-focus with attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
