Intune Endpoint Administrator

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Intune Endpoint Administrator to support the management, security, and compliance of enterprise endpoints across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS environments. This individual will be responsible for administering Microsoft Intune, deploying device configurations and applications, enforcing security standards, and ensuring a seamless end-user experience through modern endpoint management practices.

Responsibilities

Device Management & Configuration

  • Create, configure, and deploy device configuration profiles across Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS platforms.
  • Manage device enrollment for both corporate-owned and BYOD devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Administer and support Windows Autopilot deployments to provide a streamlined, zero-touch provisioning experience.
  • Maintain endpoint standards and ensure devices are configured according to organizational requirements.

Security & Compliance

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security and compliance policies within Intune.
  • Enforce security baselines including device encryption, password policies, firewall configurations, and conditional access requirements.
  • Monitor compliance status across managed devices and remediate policy violations or non-compliant endpoints.
  • Partner with security teams to strengthen endpoint protection and data security initiatives.

Application Management

  • Deploy, update, and maintain enterprise applications across supported endpoint platforms.
  • Manage Line of Business (LOB), Microsoft Store, and third-party application deployments.
  • Create and administer App Protection Policies (APP) to safeguard corporate data on mobile devices.
  • Troubleshoot application deployment and compatibility issues.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Monitor device health, compliance, and performance through the Microsoft Intune Admin Center.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to device inventory, compliance metrics, and application deployment success.
  • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve endpoint management issues.
  • Document support processes, configurations, and best practices.

Collaboration & Support

  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and identity teams to ensure seamless integration between Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
  • Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for endpoint management and mobile device management issues.
  • Assist with endpoint strategy, process improvements, and continuous optimization of the Microsoft Endpoint Management environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Intune in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and iPadOS devices.
  • Strong knowledge of device enrollment, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and application deployment.
  • Experience with Windows Autopilot and modern endpoint management practices.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Conditional Access, and endpoint security concepts.
  • Experience troubleshooting device management, policy deployment, and compliance issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
