Responsible for configuring, deploying, managing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune within K&N’s environment. This role focuses on ensuring secure and efficient delivery of corporate applications and data to various devices, maintaining compliance standards, and supporting end-user productivity. In addition, on-premises administration of Windows server infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities for Intune Administration
1. Intune Deployment and Configuration
o Plan and implement Intune policies for mobile devices, desktops, and applications.
o Configure device enrollment methods and ensure best practices in device provisioning.
2. Security and Compliance
o Develop and enforce security protocols, compliance policies, and conditional access rules.
o Monitor and audit Intune policies to ensure organizational and regulatory compliance.
3. Application Management
o Package and distribute applications through Intune.
o Manage application lifecycle, updates, and patching for both mobile and desktop platforms.
4. End-User Support
o Provide technical support and resolve Intune-related issues for users.
o Troubleshoot enrollment, configuration, and policy compliance problems.
5. Policy Development and Documentation
o Write and maintain documentation for Intune configurations, procedures, and user guides.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update enterprise mobility policies.
6. Monitoring and Reporting
o Utilize Intune dashboards and reports to track device compliance, app distribution, and user adoption.
o Provide regular performance and compliance reports to management as required.
7. Continuous Improvement
o Stay up to date on Microsoft Intune product features and roadmap.
o Identify opportunities to optimize and automate Intune workflows and policies.

Key Responsibilities for Systems Administration
o Installation, deployment, and maintenance of Microsoft server software; applying software updates monthly
o Installation, deployment, and maintenance of security systems and equipment; Microsoft Active Directory Group Policies
o Installation, deployment, and maintenance of business applications such as K&N Business Management System (BMS), Human Resources and Payroll, and Accounting
o Assist IT Team with Disaster Recovery procedures for the Enterprise environment that would ensure continuous availability of network systems, systems software, and equipment in the event of a disaster
o Maintain fully documented files and records; prepare meaningful reports as specified by IT management
o May be assigned special tasks or projects by the IT managementQualificationsQualifications
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or 5 years’ experience in the information Technology field.
· Certifications: Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, or similar (preferred).
· Experience:
o 2+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune or other MDM/MAM solutions.
o Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and Azure Active Directory.
o Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android enterprise environments.
o Proficiency in PowerShell for automation and scripting.
o Excellent troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
o Strong understanding of networking, security, and compliance principles.
Additional Qualities Necessary
o Must be well organized and demonstrate ability to prioritize, follow through on all tasks and projects, and meet pre-determined deadlines
o Relies on experience and judgement to accomplish goals, and a degree of creativity and latitude is expected
o Ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with users and in a 1-on-1 or team situation
o Consistently good attendance
o Must be available on a limited basis to provide after-hours support
o Willingness to seek and/or attend training to keep knowledge and skills up to date
