The team

You’ll be working in the Group Functions Technology Risk Centre of Excellence. We are a team of experienced professionals with expertise across technology risk, controls, risk identification and assessment, remediation, governance and audit engagement. We partner across Group Functions Technology to support strategic objectives, strengthen risk management and help build compliant and resilient technology solutions.

This role combines enterprise product ownership with deep technology risk expertise. You will work closely with colleagues across Group Functions, Business Divisions, CISO, Technology, Risk and Control functions to establish Intralinks as a well-governed and effective strategic service.

Your skills and experience

You have:

• extensive experience in technology risk, cyber security, information security or a related technology control discipline
• proven product ownership or service ownership experience for a complex, enterprise-scale technology platform
• strong knowledge of secure external collaboration, Virtual Data Room services, external data exchange or comparable technology solutions
• a demonstrable track record of leading complex risk remediation and transformation initiatives across multiple functions
• strong understanding of Non-Financial Risk Issue management, including issue definition, action planning, governance, evidence and sustainable closure
• experience of SaaS governance, third-party risk, vendor management, data protection and technology control frameworks
• the ability to shape product strategy, translate it into an executable roadmap and maintain accountability for outcomes
• experience working with senior stakeholders across technology, business, risk, audit and control functions
• the ability to challenge constructively, influence without direct authority and build consensus across complex stakeholder groups
• strong analytical and data-driven reporting skills, with the ability to identify risks, dependencies and practical courses of action
• excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly, accurately and concisely
• a proven ability to navigate a global, complex organisation and deliver against competing priorities and deadlines
• direct experience of Intralinks, another Virtual Data Room platform or a comparable secure document exchange solution would be highly advantageous.
