JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Board: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Licenses: Active NE license or Universal License (IMLC)
• Certifications: Board Certified in Interventional Cardiology
• Other Qualifications: Must be able to read echocardiograms; case logs and CV required at presentation.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient rounding and management of cardiology patients (average census 8-10).
• Perform interventional cardiology procedures including cardiac catheterizations, echocardiograms, and other diagnostic tests.
• Take STEMI call and provide on-call coverage as part of a 1:3 call schedule.
• Conduct outpatient clinic when not covering inpatient service (Mon-Fri 8a-4p).
• Interpret echocardiograms and other cardiac imaging studies.
