The Interventional Account Manager (Surgery) will drive sales and market share growth for Becton Dickinson's surgical interventional portfolio within a defined territory.

This role involves developing and executing strategic account plans, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful adoption of our innovative surgical solutions.

Job Responsibilities
* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and market share objectives for the interventional surgery product line.
* Develop and implement strategic account plans for key hospitals, surgical centers, and integrated delivery networks.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with surgeons, nurses, hospital administrators, procurement teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
* Conduct product demonstrations, in-service training, and educational sessions for clinical staff on the safe and effective use of BD's interventional surgery products.
* Identify customer needs and pain points, providing solutions through the appropriate positioning of BD's product offerings.
* Collaborate effectively with internal teams including marketing, clinical specialists, customer service, and sales management to maximize business opportunities.
* Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
* Manage sales pipeline effectively, providing accurate forecasts and sales activity reports.
* Participate in relevant industry conferences, trade shows, and professional development activities.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering).
* Minimum of 3-5 years of successful medical device sales experience, preferably within surgical or interventional specialties.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
* Strong understanding of the surgical environment, operating room procedures, and hospital purchasing processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at various levels.
* Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
