More Than an Interventionist
This isn't a traditional interventionist position. You'll have the opportunity to make an impact in two important ways: supporting students' behavioral growth while providing targeted mathematics intervention. Working alongside teachers, administrators, and support staff, you'll help remove barriers to learning and celebrate student growth every step of the way.

What Might a Week Look Like?
Provide targeted math intervention to help students build confidence and strengthen foundational skills.
Support students in developing positive behaviors that maximize learning opportunities.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to develop intervention strategies and monitor student progress.
Analyze student data to identify needs and adjust supports.
Build meaningful relationships that encourage student success both inside and outside the classroom.
