Our client, a leading Outsourcing & BPO consultancy, is looking to onboard a Russian-speaking Interpreter to support their multilingual operations. If you are fluent in both Russian and English, with strong cultural awareness and interpretation skills, this is an excellent opportunity to join an international team and work from home in Portugal.

✨ What You’ll Do:
🎧 Accurately render concepts and meanings between Russian and English while maintaining clarity, tone, and style
📖 Follow grammar and syntax rules in both languages and provide precise renditions of conversations
📞 Manage the flow of calls while strictly following client instructions without interfering in conversations
🏥 Interpret across various industries such as Insurance, Legal, General & Forensic Medicine
🌍 Ensure cultural understanding to avoid miscommunication and deliver professional neutrality in all interactions
✅ What We’re Looking For:
🇷🇺 Fluency in Russian (C1) and English (C1), both spoken and written
🎓 High School Diploma (mandatory); degree in Languages, Translation, or Interpretation is a plus
📝 Excellent listening, retention, and note-taking skills
⚖️ Ability to stay neutral, objective, and detached while interpreting
🖥️ Reliable, autonomous, and well-organized with strong time management skills
🎯 Goal-oriented mindset with ability to meet performance metrics
📦 Availability to pick up company equipment from Lisbon, Porto, or Covilhã if hired
