  • Assist in tracking lifestyle marketing activities and gathering inputs for measurement, reporting, and insights
  • Support collaboration with external partners and agencies where needed, including briefing documents, status updates, and content coordination
  • Support the development and organization of B2B marketing materials, messaging tools, and internal alignment documents
  • Help collect, structure, and analyze marketing, brand, business, or project-related information to support decision-making
  • Support marketing strategy and operations activities (F28 Marketing Planning Cycle and Marketing Briefing FY28) including project tracking, meeting preparation, follow-ups, and documentation of next steps

Required Qualifications

  • Fluent in English
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple topics, timelines, and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working with presentations, documents, spreadsheets, and digital collaboration tools
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in working with international colleagues across functions and regions
  • Proactive, curious, structured, and comfortable working in a matrixed international team

Desired Qualifications

  • German fluency is a plus, as well as other European languages
  • Analytical mindset with interest in turning information, data, and project inputs into clear summaries and actionable insights
  • Passion for brands, culture, consumers, and marketing communication
  • Previous experience in marketing, project management, communications, or a professional office environment is preferred
