Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and execution of university relations activities across Mexico.
• Assist in organizing events with universities, including logistics, scheduling, and communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate in the administration and follow-up of cooperation agreements with academic institutions.
• Participate in university events and other employer branding activities to promote the company among students.
• Help strengthen relationships with universities to create mutual value for both the company and its employees.
• Support the administration of the internship program (Coo-op) in Mexico through the system, contributing to the digitalization and standardization of the process across all locations.
• Assist with documentation, data management, and reporting related to events, agreements, and internship program activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to university collaboration and internship process management.

Your Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Interest in university relations, event coordination, employer branding, and administrative processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Interest in process digitalization and standardization.
• Intermediate English level preferred.
