About the Team

We are the core Software Testing team, responsible for ensuring the high-quality delivery of our FinTech application, which serves tens of millions of users. Here, you will not only gain exposure to high-concurrency and highly secure financial business scenarios, but also deeply participate in weekly agile iterations. You will have the opportunity to explore the development and application of cutting-edge testing technologies, such as quality monitoring platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Agile Iteration Support: Adapt to a fast-paced weekly iteration cycle. Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure testing tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

• Efficiency Tool Application: Learn and utilize our in-house data generation platform for efficient test data preparation. Participate in the maintenance and execution of API/UI automated test scripts, and analyze testing blind spots using code coverage platforms.

  2. Theoretical Foundation: Solid understanding of basic software testing theories (e.g., black-box testing design methods, testing lifecycle) and familiarity with software development workflows (Agile/Scrum preferred).
  3. Technical Skills (Bonus Points):
  • Familiar with common Linux commands and basic SQL syntax; able to independently query databases to verify business results.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Python or Java); experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Appium, or Postman is a strong plus.

4.Soft Skills & Professionalism:

  • Meticulous & Responsible: Financial operations require a high level of accuracy. You should be sensitive to numbers and possess strong risk awareness.
  • Excellent Communication & Logical Thinking: Ability to clearly articulate bug reproduction steps, handle pressure effectively, and adapt to agile iteration rhythms.
