What will I be doing?

As an Intern, you will support your assigned department while learning from experienced Team Members. Your responsibilities will vary depending on your placement and may include:

• Assisting with guest services, administrative tasks or departmental projects, as appropriate to your role.
• Collaborating effectively with Team Members to contribute to a positive guest and workplace experience.
• Actively participating in training and development programs and applying newly acquired knowledge and skills in daily operations.
• Following Hilton’s service standards, hotel procedures and health and safety requirements.
• Learning about hotel operations in a dynamic, international and multicultural environment.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate the following qualifications and qualities:

• Available for an internship of at least two months, with internship insurance provided by their university.
• Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Eager to learn, develop and build a career in hospitality.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
