YOUR TEAM


We’re looking for a motivated intern or working student to join our Talent Acquisition team and support us across Recruiting, Employer Branding, and Talent Programs. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in a wide range of talent acquisition and development activities and become a valued part of a team that thrives on flexibility, collaboration, and service-oriented solutions.
Our diverse and dynamic team of 15 colleagues brings together experienced recruiters and forward‑thinking talent marketing experts. Together, we drive CARIAD’s mission to attract, engage, and onboard top talent — from students to experienced professionals shaping the future of automotive software.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Support our Talent Acquisition teams in their daily operations across recruiting, employer branding, and talent programs.
  • Create, maintain, and publish engaging job postings on relevant platforms.
  • Manage the career inbox and ensure timely, professional communication with candidates.
  • Take ownership of planning and organizing the monthly onboarding event for new colleagues.
  • Contribute to data analysis, reporting, and various ad‑hoc tasks that help drive operational excellence.
  • Support Talent Programs and contribute to cross‑functional initiatives aimed at continuously improving our processes.
  • Assist with university marketing activities — from planning and coordination to on‑site support and follow‑up.
  • Help optimize and evaluate offboarding processes for interns and working students.
  • Share your ideas to continuously enhance our recruiting processes, the candidate journey, and internal workflows.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You are an enrolled student in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • You bring initial experience — and genuine enthusiasm — for recruiting and current talent acquisition trends.
  • You have an open, engaging personality and strong communication skills that help you build trust with candidates and spark their interest in CARIAD.
  • You have good to very good Excel skills; experience with strategic reporting is a plus.
  • You work proactively, enjoy taking ownership, and communicate clearly in a dynamic environment.
  • You are highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.

    • Duration: 6 months
    • 20 hours/week, up to 35 hours/week during semester breaks
    • Salary: €17.80/hour
  • Internship:
    • Duration: 3 - 6 months
    • 35 h/week
    • Salary: 13,90€/hour
