Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities

• Support the team with the collection and delivery of claimed parts from warehouse;
• Help receive, label, and store analyzed returned parts.Support registering of incoming warranty claims in the quality system.
• Manage, maintain and improve the storage area and update the claims database.
• Support the preparation and shipment of parts to suppliers.
• Help the engineers prepare parts and documents for analysis.
• Take photos and organize documents related to returned parts.
• Update claim information and follow up on open tasks.
• Support the team with daily administrative and organizational activities.
• Follow the instructions of the team leader and support colleagues when needed.
• Follow company rules for quality, safety, and data handling.

Your Qualifications

• Currently studying in a technical, engineering, logistics, or similar field;
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office;
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and willing to learn.Able to work independently on simple tasks;
• Comfortable working with both documents and physical parts;
• Good communication and teamwork skills;
• Good knowledge of English language;
• Interest in technical products, automotive components, or warranty processes is a plus.
