Visual Merchandising Intern - Tiffany & Co.

The Visual Merchandising Intern Europe role is responsible for coordinating and adapting VM initiatives across the region in order to enhance the Tiffany & Co. brand story through a cohesive blend of creativity and commerciality.

The VM coordinator will support European markets in the implementation of VM initiatives.

Missions

Visual Merchandising and Creative Campaigns

  • Support the VM (Visual Merchandising) Market Leads by gathering and consolidating Market and Global-led initiatives that have successfully driven sales.
  • Gather VM Market Lead feedback and understand Market nuances of the merchandise selected for each creative campaign. Understand any needs or opportunities to ensure the merchandise is the best and boldest while being properly installed, styled and lit to create an impactful presentation.
  • Support the creative campaign ordering process and logistics for all stores, including following any local production needs. Post install, understand and gather any installation challenges. Monitor requests for damages, missing collateral and support any changes to the creative orders.
  • Support VM Market Leads to gather and consolidate success stories post creative installs and/or changes and refreshes.
  • Support floorplan updates in the Global system, along with tracking status of floor moves to best monitor success or opportunities.
  • Support VM Market Leads on gathering replenishment orders and follow-up with Global on any invoices.
  • Support NSO’s (New Store Openings), including setup, as applicable, while tracking status of all NSO floorplans and VM Market Leads on open orders.

Events & In-Store Activations

  • Support French VM Lead for Paris boutiques VM activations (especially for Montaigne, LBM…)
  • Support VM Market Leads on Event setup and planning, including tracking orders and CVM-related items.
  • Support Region on In-Store Activations, including consolidating floorplans, production information, installation details, etc..
  • Support Region on Pop-up Activations, including gathering needed details from Markets for Global and production vendors.

Qualifications

  • Master degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Experience in visual merchandising or related areas- preferably luxury retail
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • Ambitious, flexible, out-going, enthusiastic
  • Able to work with a variety of people, and present ideas and information to groups
  • Flexible in working evenings and weekends, on occasion
  • Computer skills required: email/Outlook, Microsoft Excel & Word
  • Working proficiency in English and market language/s
