Internship - Value Stream Engineering
Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world, value-driven projects in Value Stream Engineering (VSE) – Industrial Engineering (IE) Department, based on their background, skills, and interests as assessed by the hiring managers during the interview process:
Project Description:
Support the preparation and translation of production work instructions (WIs);
Assist engineers in setting up and improving production lines. Follow New Product Introduction (NPI);
Collect and analyze production data to support process improvement base on LEAN Methodology;
Assist in preparing engineering documents, reports, and presentations;
Requirements:
Expected full-time working (4-5 days/week) within 3 to 6 months;
Final-year students in Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or related;
Good English communication skills are preferred
Knowledge of Kaizen, Green Belt or equivalent experience (Lean Six Sigma) would be advantageous;
Good computer and Microsoft Office skills are required;
