Job Description

We’re looking for curious, hands-on, and driven individuals to join us as an Internship Trainee in Maintenance This role provides exposure to maintenance operations within a manufacturing environment, supporting the team in equipment upkeep, preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives. The intern will work closely with experienced maintenance professionals to gain practical knowledge of machinery, engineering processes, workplace safety, and maintenance best practices while contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the plant.

What you’ll be doing

  • Learn and understand packaging basic operations and functions.
  • Support the preparation of Standard Maintenance Procedures and One Point Lessons for maintenance.
  • Assist in minimizing equipment breakdowns and major production stoppages.
  • Support routine machine maintenance and repair activities.
  • Ensures the production and packaging of safe, high quality food product by adhering to quality standards, procedures and Carlsberg Operating Manual (COM) compliance, report when found any abnormalities.
  • Monitoring production processes, maintaining equipment and ensuring compliance with quality control and food safety regulation.
  • Follow food safety compliance (e.g Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) principles) to prevent contamination and ensure food safety in product.
  • Undertake any additional duties or responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or any other similar qualification.
  • Minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper or equivalent.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Available for at least 3 months.
