Your ideas make the difference: In our team, you will develop innovative concepts as alternatives to the traditional heat pump to improve the system efficiency of thermal management. Efficient temperature control of the vehicle interior and battery system is essential for range and comfort. Possible tasks within this Role


  • Supporting the development of various test scenarios and their simulation-based and measurement-based elaboration

  • Researching relevant literature

  • Performing thermal simulations in the overall vehicle context

  • Optional: Conducting 3D CFD simulations

  • Preparing and evaluating simulation data

Qualification requirements


  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (with at least 89 credit points) in natural sciences, automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or comparable fields

  • Enjoy tackling constructive challenges

  • Experience with thermodynamic systems

  • Experience with design software (e.g., Pro/E Creo) is desirable
