About the Role
You will gain hands-on experience in the daily insurance operations including Data Intelligence & Reporting Automation and User Acceptance Tester. You also will be responsible for delivering standard reports on periodic basis as required by the business for operations, regulatory, statutory purpose.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Intelligence & Reporting Automation:
Support the preparation and maintenance of operational and management reports using Power BI, including data extraction, validation, and basic analysis to ensure accuracy.
Provide ad‑hoc data support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for reporting and data processes.
User Acceptance Tester (UAT / Testers):
Assist in executing user acceptance testing (UAT) by preparing and updating test cases, scripts, and scenarios based on business requirements.
Perform test execution, accurately record results, evidence, and defects, and support overall validation of system changes.
Note: There are several internship positions available across various departments. Your role will be assigned based on your interests and suitability.
Job Requirement:
Preferably an undergraduate in the penultimate or final year of a Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Business IT, or related program
Must be proficient in both written and spoken English
Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage.
Excel academically with minimum CGPA 3.00 or second class upper or equivalent
Minimum duration would be 12 weeks or above
Compulsory internship placements by university
Willing to work in Cyberjaya
