Job Description

For our department Talent Attractionwithin Human Resources department, we are looking for a (an):

Internship Talent Attraction (m/f/x)

Main duties:

Assist with pre-screen candidates and manage database accordingly
Support the elaboration of sourcing solutions
Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed: interviews scheduling, recruitment events research, database management, job postings, interview scheduling, candidates files preparation, etc.
Organize and attend job fairs and HR related events

Required profile:

You are
enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources and looking for an apprenticeship of 1 year minimum;
Excellent communication skills, ability to speak with a wide variety of individuals
High level of integrity with regard to the confidential nature of the position
Priorities management
Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking
Ability to effectively use Office pack
Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
Excellent communication skills in English and French is mandatory (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German considered as an asset.
