Are you organised, curious and ready to discover how HR works behind the scenes?

We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to support our Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development team in Groot-Bijgaarden.

You will help us keep things moving. From preparing documents and organising training activities to screening CV's and supporting HR processes, you will contribute to the practical steps that turn our plans into reality.

You will work across both Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development, depending on the team’s priorities and ongoing activities.

What will you do?

• Supporting the day-to-day of recruitment, L&D and general HR processes based on the team’s priorities. E.g CV screening, telephone screening, planning of interviews, organisation of training activities, promoting learning opportunities etc.
• Prepare and update HR documents, presentations and communication materials.
• Review ways of working and suggest practical process improvements.
• Provide administrative and organisational support to the team.

Who are we looking for?

You might be studying Human Resources, but that is not a requirement. We also welcome students in other fields.

More importantly, you:

• Are well organised and pay attention to detail
• Enjoy bringing structure to information and tasks
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are comfortable using digital tools
• Are curious, proactive and willing to learn
• Enjoy teamwork but can also work independently
• Have a good knowledge of Dutch and English, French is a plus

• For this internship you should still be enrolled in a study program
• Period of the internship : school year 2026 -2027
• (minimum) Duration of the internship : 3 months or longer
• Location of the internship: Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium
• To be eligible for this role, candidates must hold a valid work and residence authorization allowing employment in Belgium. Puratos is not sponsoring work permits or visa applications for this position.
