This internship offers a unique opportunity to build your professional network within the international supplier base of our Mobility Aftermarket business. You'll engage in close communication with both external suppliers and internal customers as a core part of your daily activities.

  • As part of your responsibilities, you will handle the planning, tracking, and escalation of supplier audits for the complete database of our technical goods (TG) suppliers.
  • You will also oversee the planning, tracking, and escalation procedures for product requalification.
  • Your role will involve managing production and product approvals (PPA) by utilizing the electronic initial sampling inspection report (eISIR) within the IQS system.
  • Working within SAP R/3, you will be tasked with the request, tracking, review, assessment, and escalation of 8D reports concerning supplier complaints.
  • You will provide crucial project and development support for various topics relevant to the department, using platforms such as Docupedia and Bosch-Connect.
  • To stay aligned with the team, you will actively participate in and assist with weekly status meetings.
  • Additionally, you will have the chance to lend your support to a variety of different projects.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Engineering, Business Engineering or Quality Management
  • Experience and Knowledge: completed internship or working student experience; strong MS Office skills; SAP knowledge; experience in the automotive industry a plus; initial experience in quality management desirable
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a self-motivated team player who communicates well and works in a structured way
  • Work Routine: we offer you the opportunity to work in a hybrid setup
  • Enthusiasm: eagerness to learn new processes
  • Languages: fluent in English and Beginner in German

Additional Information

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months
