  • Execute retail coverage according to planned call frequency and timelines
  • Escalate store-level issues with urgency and professionalism
  • Focus retail coverage primarily on Walmart and Loblaws

Sales & Administrative Support (1 to 1.5 Days per Week)

  • Assist with sales administration tasks supporting a field sales team
  • Create and update client presentations and reports (PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Develop documentation and tools for field representatives
  • Support quality assurance checks on field reporting and execution
  • Perform general administrative tasks related to sales operations and client support

What You Bring

  • Strong communication skills with the confidence to engage retail contacts
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks independently
  • Comfortable working in both field and office environments
  • Willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative
  • Interest In sales, merchandising, or the CPG industry.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a university or college program (business, marketing, sales, or related field preferred)
  • Retail, grocery, or merchandising experience is an asset but not required
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable using technology and tablet-based reporting tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Valid driver’s license with exclusive access to a vehicle
  • Willingness to travel within the territory (potential overnight travel, but not mandatory)
  • Daily access to internet and email
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Work Structure & Schedule

  • 40 hours per week on a structured schedule Monday – Fridays
  • Combination of field days, office days, and occasional work-from-home days
  • One designated office/admin support day per week
