Helping Texans is the H-E-B Way. Spend 10 weeks with us exploring the retail industry as an H-E-B Store Operations Intern. Program dates will be from May 24th – July 30th, the days and hours you’ll work will vary based on a retail schedule including some night and weekend shifts.
You will be assigned to one of our Stores and learn the ins and outs of being a People Leader and running a store directly from Operations leaders who were once in your shoes! Be prepared to learn about financials, inventory, people planning, HR, taking care of our customers and much more! We hope to see you this summer as an H-E-B Partner and together, we can be part of something as big as Texas!
