The Peninsula houses 200 luxurious rooms, including 93 suites. Working alongside a high profile and prestigious team, The Peninsula Paris is seeking an assistant wine cellar manager intern, starting September 2026.

General Requirements :

• Daily receipt of deliveries
• Checking goods on receipt (quality, quantities, temperature, checking trucks, packaging, and use-by dates)
• Daily preparation of requisitions for various departments
• Inventory management
• Placing orders with suppliers using Birchstreet software
• Checking and limiting inventory discrepancies between each inventory, participating in monthly inventory checks
• Participating in negotiations
• Searching for new suppliers and products
