The role
AI adoption at Damen is accelerating across business units, from shipyard operations to financial services. To turn this momentum into tangible outcomes, we need people who can rapidly translate business challenges into working AI prototypes. As an intern,you'llwork directly with business and technical stakeholders toidentifyhigh-value use cases, build functional prototypes using low-code and AI-assisted development tools, and support the deployment of automation agents and intelligent workflows across the organization. Your work will have direct visibility with decision-makers and contribute to Damen's broader AI value realization agenda. This internship is available from October onwards, working on-site in Gorinchem.
