Job Description

Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department, you will join the team in charge of the "Employee Care". You will support the global deployment of mental health and disability at work. Your role will consist in preparing and implementing the roadmap according to defined strategic directions.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

During your internship, you will be involved in two main missions: supporting the deployment of the mental health and disability programs across the Group, and implementing the associated Target Operating Model.

Resource management & global repository:

• Conduct an inventory and collect existing resources/tools across the Group (guides, best practices, awareness materials...).
• Update and harmonize these contents to make them usable by all entities.
• Participate in creating and populating the global platform centralizing these resources.

Action plan development and rolling out programs (Mental health & Disability):

• Contribute to defining and tracking the global roadmap (2027 roadmap) aligned with the strategic directions.
• Co-facilitate the operational governance of the Core Team (meeting preparation, alignment of HR/HSE/Com stakeholders, deliverable tracking).
• Roll out the action plan to local sponsors.

HR & Managers support:

• Develop a communication kit to inform HR teams and Managers about existing resources.
• Foster adoption and engagement among HR and managers to ensure the sustainable use of tools.

External benchmark & strategic watch:

• Conduct regular external benchmarking on peer/competitor best practices (accessibility, support for severe illness/cancer, job retention policies, mental health).

Performance management:

• Oversee the operational rollout of the mental health solution across the Group (progress dashboards, geographic deployment metrics).
• Produce, consolidate, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of initiatives (e.g., employee engagement metrics).

HR Master's, Final-year from a Business School or Sciences Po - Open to career changes.

English + French speaking (international work environment)
