Job Description

Temporary position for 3 months

More specifically, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing the current state of documentation and identifying gaps or pain points
  • Proposing an optimized document structure in SharePoint (libraries, hierarchy, taxonomy)
  • Defining a metadata model tailored to the team’s needs (e.g., content type, target audience, confidentiality level, date, campaign, etc.)
  • Developing a migration plan as well as recommendations for reorganizing existing and future documents
  • Standardizing document management practices (naming conventions, versioning, archiving)
  • Improving accessibility, searchability, and reuse of content
  • Promoting best practices in document management among users
