We are currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join our team as Internship, Securities Services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

• Documents preparation support for account opening process for institutional clients
• Internal follow up for account opening process
• Documents preparation for external audit
• Document filing
• Other admin tasks: hard copy collection, hard copy submission internally and to third parties
• Printing letters, seeking signature/seal
• Scanning documents
• Retrieve scanned documents, original document
