This internship is a great opportunity to learn how business processes, user support, incident management, and continuous improvement work in a large transformation environment.

πŸ› οΈ What will you do?

User Support and Incident Management

  • Provide operational support to end users in using the S/4 HANA system based on existing processes and procedures
  • Monitor daily incidents logged by users or Helpdesk in ServiceNow (SNOW) and/or JIRA, analyze the underlying issues, identify the team responsible and assign / redirect incidents to ensure timely resolution
  • Perform corrective actions according to specific procedures for issues that fall under Procurement support team responsibility
  • Ensure proactive follow-up of incidents until resolution, including feedback provided to end-users

Reporting and Analysis

  • Monitor and report incident volumes and response times
  • Collect and consolidate user feedback on issues encountered
  • Analyze incidents and errors by frequency, category and root-cause, to provide clear visibility into patterns and actions needed

Collaboration and continuous improvement

  • Participate in incident resolution and review meetings with business teams, project teams and IT
  • Provide insights and feedback on process from the end-user perspective
  • Propose process and / or system optimization to prevent similar incidents in the future
  • Propose updates to training materials to improve user experience

  • Graduate or student, preferably in Business, IT, or related field
  • Knowledge of Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, formulas
  • Good level English and / or French
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail
  • Interest in working with data and procurement and financial processes
  • Good communication skills
