A Day in The Life:

We are seeking a motivated SAP Automated Testing Intern to support our SAP testing and quality assurance initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity in learning enterprise systems, automation tools, and end‑to‑end business process testing. The intern will work closely with SAP functional teams to help build and execute automated test scripts for SAP applications.

The Impact You'll Make:

Assist in Test Automation Development

• Support creation of automated test scripts using tools.
• Help build reusable test components under direction from senior team members.
• Update and maintain existing automation scripts as system changes occur.

Execute Test Cases

• Run automated and manual test cases for SAP regression cycles, enhancement releases, and system updates.
• Record results accurately and ensure test steps are followed as documented.

Support Test Data and Environment Preparation

• Assist in preparing test data required for automated scenarios.
• Verify system readiness before test execution (environment checks, user access, data setup).

Document Testing Activities

• Document test results, logs, and observations.
• Create and update test cases, process guides, and team documentation.

Defect Identification

• Identify defects or inconsistencies during testing.
• Capture clear details and reproduction steps for logged defects.
• Retest defects once resolved.

Collaborate with Cross‑Functional Teams

• Work with SAP functional consultants to understand process flows and testing needs.

Learn SAP and Testing Tools

• Engage in training on SAP processes, testing methodologies, and automation tools.
• Apply learning to real business scenarios with guidance.

Who You Are:

• Computer science background.
• Basic understanding of programming or scripting (Python, Java, or similar).
• Interest in enterprise applications, software testing, or automation.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn.
