A Day In The Life:

The Sales Capabilities Analyst will support the Sales and Commercial teams by analyzing sales performance data, identifying trends, and help develop insights that improve sales effectiveness and decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience in sales analytics, reporting, and capability development while offering exposure to cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams. The intern will contribute to data-driven initiatives that enhance sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, and strategic planning.

The Impact You’ll Make:

  • Develop presentation materials related to activity within the convenience retail channel to both internal and external audiences.
  • Responsible for reviewing & summarizing initiative performance reports
  • Analyze data, identify channel opportunities, and recommend solutions.
  • Develops, communicates, and coordinates all special programming and brand emphasis initiatives.
  • Measure and interpret data against benchmarks, performance models and industry standards.
  • Identify project stakeholders and collaborate on projects as needed.
  • Compile regular, timely reports and communicate to management any important developments.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to gather data needed for analysis
  • Prepare special reports for management as requested

Who You Are:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups, basic formulas)
  • Familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to streamline reporting processes and improve data accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
