Our office is located in North Strathfield, only a 5-minute walk from the train station. The team here is a group of skilled, open, and dynamic individuals who work cross-team to solve complicated problems and challenges in this industry disruptive business. We all work extremely hard to ensure our customers have a great experience but we also make sure that we enjoy working here together by organizing lunches and events for the team to enjoy and celebrate our successes!


During your internship you will:


• Assist the HR Team with the talent pipeline and employee lifecycle


• Assist with the employee exit process and related surveys/meetings


• Participate in meetings with the HR Team and hiring managers regarding staff human resources needs as and when required


• Organise candidate assessment reports


• Coordinate candidate virtual/onsite interviews


• Assist with candidate communication through the applicant tracking system


• Follow up with the relevant teams on candidate feedback


• Manage posting of jobs advertisements to various websites and job boards


• Send out feedback surveys and report on responses for continuous improvement of the onboarding experience


• Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement programs


About You:


  • Have completed or is currently studying for a tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or a related field.


  • A passion for delivering and enhancing employee experience.


  • Willingness to learn HR best practices and continuously develop.


  • Effective organisational skills including planning and ability to manage conflicting priorities.


  • Demonstrated and proven high attention to detail.

There is potential for the successful candidate to transition into a paid role, whether Casual, Part-Time or Full-Time. This internship can be Paid or Unpaid.
