Within the European Centralized Revenue Management teams, the Intern will be responsible for team assisting on daily basis and managing projects according to the managers' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of Revenue Management (RM) strategies to optimize hotel turnover and performance
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining RM processes across the hotels within the assigned scope
  • Provide operational support to Revenue Managers to help achieve revenue targets
  • Analyze hotel performance and identify opportunities for revenue optimization
  • Contribute to reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking
  • Support cross-functional projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders
  • Assist in project coordination, including communication, follow-up, and documentation
  • Prepare and enhance presentations and training materials (mainly in PowerPoint)

Qualifications

  • Master’s student in Hospitality, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • Required fluency in English (written and spoken)

Desirable skills:

Have a developed understanding of the issues related to following Revenue Management methods:

  • Diagnosis & analysis (analytical approach, conceptual skills, understanding of the hospitality environment)
  • Sharing of one's conviction (persuasive, good interpersonal skills, very committed, attentive
  • Results-oriented (sense of success, investigator, proactive)
  • Prioritize and organize your time effectively (multiplicity/diversity of tasks, projects, missions)
