Your Team

Become part of a motivated and dynamic team distinguished by its interdisciplinary approach. We come from a variety of fields - architecture, economics, and civil engineering - allowing us, together with our clients, to view the real estate world from fresh perspectives. You’ll have the opportunity to gain in‐depth insights into real estate consulting, valuation and advisory, as well as learn from us and with us.

Your Tasks

In close collaboration with our partners and your project team, you can make a direct contribution in the following areas:

• Conducting real estate valuations and profitability analyses
• Supporting real estate project developments and architectural competitions
• Preparing location, market and property analyses
• Performing research, on-site property assessments, and developing strategic concepts

In addition, you’ll assist the team with project administration and coordination, as well as the preparation of reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• A completed bachelor’s degree and/or currently enrolled in a master’s program in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline
• Interest in economic issues, urban/project development, and sustainability topics
• Strategic and creative thinker with a flair for numbers and data
• Digital affinity and strong proficiency in MS Office, complemented by excellent communication skills
• French native speaker with business-fluent English (spoken and written); German skills are a plus
