You will provide direct, daily support to the Quality Manager for Europe, playing a crucial part in our operational success. Your tasks will include:
Reporting & Analytics: Drive the creation of weekly and monthly quality reports, transforming complex data into critical insights for leadership.
Meeting & Presentation Support: Prepare compelling presentations and materials for key meetings, ensuring information is clear, concise, and impactful.
Logistical Coordination: Oversee logistical follow-ups and coordination to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a central liaison, collaborating closely with the regional Project & Sales Team, Bosch Residents, and Quality representatives from all business units that serve our major automotive clients.
Project Monitoring: Actively monitor new projects, tracking their progress and ensuring all review stages and follow-up actions are completed on schedule.
Parts Recovery Management: Manage the end-to-end parts recovery process, from daily observation and tracking to comprehensive follow-up and resolution.
You are currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or International Management.
You have excellent computer skills, including strong proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 is considered a plus.
You possess strong analytical and communication skills, with a proactive, self-starting approach and the ability to work independently.
You are fluent in both written and spoken English.
