Activities

We propose a hybrid (remote + on-site) Data Literacy Communications Internship from February to December 2026, reporting to the Data Officer.

The intern will help execute the 2026 plan to strengthen employees’ data literacy, drive adoption of company tools, and ensure compliant, confident use of data through targeted events, micro‑learning, and ongoing engagement.

They will craft and publish event communications and feed a SharePoint knowledge hub with slide decks, one‑pagers, and recordings. Each month, they will deliver concise “How‑to” and “Did you know?” content on data basics, visualization, quality checks, secure access to the Data Warehouse, Power BI, and Databricks, Collibra tips, and prompt libraries. They will also help create the visual material (content & design) of the various monthly sessions that are foreseen throughout 2026. Example sessions include Data 101, Working with Data, Watch‑outs, Paradoxes, GDPR, AI.

The ideal candidate communicates clearly in writing and visuals, understands core data concepts, and is comfortable with SharePoint, VivaEngage, Stream, Forms, Power BI, Databricks, and Collibra. Next steps: confirm duration and reporting line, approve the calendar and initial one‑pagers, grant platform access, identify speakers/Data Champions (incl. DPO), and set KPI baselines and feedback templates.

Candidate Profile

  • Good understanding of data concepts (types, quality, governance, visualization, statistics, AI, etc.).
  • Strong written/visual comms; comfortable with PowerPoint & short‑form video.
  • Tools familiarity: SharePoint, VivaEngage, Stream, Forms, Power BI, Databricks, Collibra; willingness to learn ChatGPT Enterprise.
