Project Coordination Internship | Echt | €700 | Start: September 2026

YOUR INTERNSHIP ASSIGNMENT

As a Project Coordination Intern, you support various workstreams and help ensure that teams, stakeholders, and suppliers collaborate smoothly during ongoing logistics projects.
You will become part of implementation projects such as customer onboarding and warehouse process improvements. From day one, you will actively contribute to project coordination activities and gain valuable experience in a dynamic logistics environment.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with implementation projects such as customer onboarding and warehouse process improvements;
• Supporting multidisciplinary project teams by helping organize meetings, preparing documentation, and tracking action items;
• Helping monitor project planning, scope and progress by updating reports and maintaining project dashboards;
• Identifying potential issues and supporting the team in managing operational, technical and commercial challenges.

You will work closely with colleagues from account management, operations, engineering, IT, and external suppliers. In this role, you help facilitate communication between teams and gain hands-on experience in customer implementations.
You report to the Global Account Manager and join a team of experienced project professionals responsible for logistics implementations within Arvato.

YOUR PROFILE

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field
• Interested in project coordination and logistics processes
• Good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• You have a proactive mindset and are a self-starter
