We are looking for highly motivated college students who are eager to learn! All majors are welcome to apply. Interviews and Internships will be held in-person. Looking for proficiency in Excel, Word, and data entry. We require good communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a willingness to learn!

We have flexible hours starting 8am to 6pm Monday-Friday. Internships will be on site at our Headquarters in Erie's historic Union Station. The program will run from May to August, 2026.

Internship

Summary: The Project Cargo Operations Intern will be responsible for a broad range of tasks encompassing cradle to grave shipping operations. Scope of work encompasses taking in customer shipment requests and ensuring that on-time delivery targets are met. A Project Cargo Operations Intern has broad-ranging authority over our customers’ shipments and covers a variety of job functions and specialties in the course of his/her internship. The position requires a well-rounded individual with a strong grasp of finance, customer relations, and detailed record keeping.

• Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Build relationships with overseas agents
  • Build relationships with US air and sea carriers
  • Monitor inland transit in conjunction with Logistics Plus inland freight department.
  • Maintain high level of communication with customer to keep them apprised of shipment status.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as required to meet the needs of our clients.
