Main duties:

For our IT Project Management Office within Luxair, we are looking for a Project Management Intern (m/f/x).

Main duties

• Provide day-to-day support to the Project Managers and Business Analysts working on a major business and IT transformation project
• Support the coordination and administration of the project and its different workstreams
• Follow up on IT delivery activities, milestones, dependencies and deliverables
• Maintain action, risk, issue and decision logs and ensure timely follow-up of open items
• Prepare project meetings and workshops, take meeting minutes and follow up on agreed actions
• Coordinate inputs and open points with business teams, IT stakeholders and external providers
• Prepare status reports, presentations and Steering Committee materials
• Maintain project plans, documentation, deliverables registers and governance trackers
• Support requirements follow-up, testing preparation, defect management and business-readiness activities
• Assist with the monitoring of deadlines and escalate potential delays or missing inputs
• Review existing project tools and deliverables and contribute to the development of reusable PMO templates and best practices
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise or automate recurring project management activities
• Ensure that project information and reporting are accurate, complete and delivered on time

The internship will provide practical exposure to project management, IT
delivery coordination, change management, project governance and collaboration
with senior stakeholders and external providers.

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or a related field
• Show a strong interest in project management, business transformation and IT delivery
• Be structured, organised and attentive to detail
• Be able to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
• Have strong analytical, interpersonal and written communication skills
• Have excellent spoken and written English; knowledge of French or German will be considered an advantage
• Have a good command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• Be comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international and multicultural environment
• Experience with SharePoint, Jira, Azure DevOps or Microsoft Project will be considered an advantage

• Previous exposure to project management, business analysis or IT projects will be considered an advantage but is not required
